Can anyone ID Lauren "LC" Conrad's skirt?

I was wondering where I could get this skirt! I think it's adorable. I don't know if I can pull off high waisted clothing but I like the look of it on her.

Hoping someone can help!! I already checked Celebrity Style Guide and nothing came up.
