I ripped the page ot of the Anthropologie catalog and meant to order this pretty top but forgot all about it. The item number is 810153 and is called the Thoughts of Swimming Tank.

Either that, or Velvet, Shopbop has it. The Velvet one looks a little brighter blue than hers though.
