Not sure but it looks like it's got writing on it, which reminds me of Jeanine Payer. She does a lot of silver and gold jewelry with quotes or verse on it in very small writing and some of her bracelets are silver or gold with leather.

De nada. Forgot to mention that I have definitely seen JLH wearing Jeanine Payer pieces before because I recognized the specific pieces so it wouldn't surprise me at all if that bracelet is also Jeanine Payer (especially since it's one of her common bracelet types)
