I dont know who makes it but PRIMARK here in the UK which is an affordale clothing store has just made a copy of it, here is a pic of one taken from ebay. They also did a range of SATC styled shoes and dresses.

the book is called sex and the city: the movie. i own it and it's filled with info about the movie! i love it. i actually got it on clearance at urban outfitters for $5 so i'm sure you can get it for really cheap.
