Well elc, from the pics you've posted, I believe that the bag is NOT authentic- the stitching and leather are wrong. I've seen lots of vintage LV and I have NEVER seen this style before...

Same here. I'm not as well-versed in the vintage LV pieces but I don't think it's authentic based on the leather on the strap.

elc, sry ur camera is stolen, but i hate to agree with the rest about authenticity-it's not the real deal. Hope you can return it and get your money back. If you need to have a bag authenticated, please post the pix to Authenticate post and you should get a response soon. Good luck!

The strap still looks a little plastic-y to me, it's really shiny. I'd think if it were older, it would be softer and darker.

I feel the same way.
