Can anyone help me ID Nicole Richie's Bag

Hey everyone, I just saw this photo of Nicole Richie. I am in love with the bag she is carrying. Does anyone know who the designer is? I thought it was Carlos Falchi, but I checked eluxury.com, it wasn't there. It's similar to the Boat Tote, but without the crocodile side panels. Any guesses?
