Thank you, I'm sorry you had to go through that, but I'm glad I'm not the only one. They kept telling me 3-5 business day, 9 business days etc and I was like "it's been 21 business days did you even read my question?"
It happened over a year ago too where I spent hours on the phone with various supervisors and never got a refund. I ended up doing a chargeback, but didn't get banned so
Coach must have been like ah ok lol.
I'm 2 for 2 on refunds through the link. Never will I do that again. I like to order through a SA, but will only do it if I'm 100% sure so I don't have to drive the hour to a store.
