Can a sales rep find me a bag sold out online?

Hi, so I really want this bag & keep missing it going in and out of stock online. If I call or go to a store, are the sales associate allowed to ship me a product? I haven’t done that in so long. So I’m not sure how things are 10 years later. I know Ralph Lauren still does it.
 
I don't see why not. If it an outlet, they will charge you for shipping, but FP stores ship for free, at least they did the last time I did it. They can check stock and find out which stores have it, then have it shipped from that store to you.

You can call customer service or any store SA to ask them to check which store(s) have the item and get you the phone number to call and place an order.

I've had more luck lately with an SA vs. Customer service. I called CS & did a chat for bag inventory & both told me zero availability. My SA dug & found SEVEN of this bag in the Vegas alone. Arrived today. Just sharing my recent experience. Good luck!

Curious and a bit of topic, but did you pay through a payment link or in store? I am having an issue still getting that tabby messenger with the crazy veins refunded. Past orders through the payment link (even one a week prior) refunded to credit card. This one they said since I used the payment link they had to mail a check...and that takes 4 to 6 weeks. That sounds crazy. Have you experienced this? All returns were sent to JAX so it makes no sense.

Funny you should mention though...I'm unsure the color (may be too pink for me) so I may return, but this purchase does NOT show up in my order history (likely because it wasn't technically an order, more a purchase) & so if I return, I'll be doing so with my electronic receipt at my local store, which they'd be fine with because it's a sold out bag in a color they never got so they know they'll sell.

Haha yes I've purchased through Vegas before, they do great customization :)
This recent return was purchased through the NYC store. I'll definitely use the in store return option in the future.

Oh so the vegas store just picks an email if you have multiple so you might look on a different account to see the purchase. At least that's where I've found mine in an old university email.

If you do a paybylink from a store and returned it to Jax. Jax did the ”normal” return and I received the email with the credit….two weeks went by and NO credit to my card..I called..and they sang that song..it take 7 days…well I said we way past that now….she said oh you will get a check in the mail..I waited another week…NOTHING…so I called and spoke with 3 ambassadors and FINALLLLLLLY the last person helped me….she said if you pay using the PAYBYLINK you should return To the store becuase Jax has no way of know how you paid…well....after she called the store - the store did the refund and I got my money back 2 days later - but it took 3 LONG months!!!!!!!!!!!!! If you pay using the paybyline PLEASE dont return to Jax.…please save yourself alot of mess and return to a store…..

Thank you, I'm sorry you had to go through that, but I'm glad I'm not the only one. They kept telling me 3-5 business day, 9 business days etc and I was like "it's been 21 business days did you even read my question?"
It happened over a year ago too where I spent hours on the phone with various supervisors and never got a refund. I ended up doing a chargeback, but didn't get banned so Coach must have been like ah ok lol.
I'm 2 for 2 on refunds through the link. Never will I do that again. I like to order through a SA, but will only do it if I'm 100% sure so I don't have to drive the hour to a store.
