I would but I live in the UK so imagine expensive to phone. Hope I can get the tax back, got long wish list of MK bags for a trip to NYC in December! I remember being disappointed as you can't use it on cosmetics...
I'm confused, is it a macys coupon that you want to use on mk in macys? Or is a macys coupon you want an independent MK store to honor?

Oh.. first time I heard we can get tax refund from Macys. I supposed it should work for all items sold in macys then? Or u can email them or live chat to query?
Yes, this can be done in stores. I purchased my MK from Macy's last year with the tourist discount. In fact, I didn't even have to get the card, the sales assistant honored the discount at the checkout counter when I told her I was not from the USSorry girls, I'm confusing everyone...

Macy's is always on sale
. Our big shopping is Black Friday (last Fri in nov) but yes, after xmas, there will be sales!
Oo I didn't know Bloomingdales had this too, that's really useful to know thank you! I spotted a Pink MK bag I liked that was an exclusive to Bloomingdales... how to choose... I want them all...!
