cameo ring 18 kt - Spain

Bought this ring in Spain some years ago on a round the world trip where I attempted to buy a ring in every country - I hardly wore it, it was more of a last minute buy - I don't think I was ever into cameo's - these photos are hard to capture - my camera is a bit old - the size is about 6 - 61/2 ( based on how it fits my 2 ring fingers (one is a 6 and the other 6 1/2 and it fits both. It's 18 Kt. gold. I can't possibly remember what I paid for it but I would like to get $175.00 clear of all costs Thanks. I have to shrink to post more photos.
