Cambridge Satchel Push Lock Collection

How adorable (and affordable ) is the new Cambridge Satchel Push Lock collection? I just wish it came in more colors. I particularly love the red.

Ah I love this company!!! They're like the Coach of the 1970s in solid leather quality. These new satchels are wonderful.

I applaud the idea of easier access, but prefer the twist lock style to push lock.

Saw this bag irl & very easy to open/close. Plus, I think lock's more attractive & classy.

All this said--I still bought classic satchel with buckles. Has enduring vibe, just as Cambridge.

Yes, leather remains stiff & structured.
Flaps do bend some, but aren't floppy.

The push lock style doesn't have smaller, front compartment--I recall many stiffness complaints centered around snagging cuticles when reaching into that.
Twist lock does have front pocket.
My cuticles remain intact & happy, using classic. Hasn't given me problems anticipated through reviews, despite leather structure. Has enough "give" to suit my needs.
