Calling pocket agenda owners: How do you actually put in the Agenda Refill?

if you look in the reference threads and do a search people have listed all the possible combinations of non LV refills for the different styles of agendas (that they have come across at the time). As for the pocket agenda, you insert the cover and the back panel into the flap. HTH
Find the size of your agenda ,then do a google search of refills of that size. I have a medium desk agenda that I bought the refill off of amazon.com. For my small ring agenda I bought a hello kitty one off of the bay .
I just got mine and for a refill I went to the newsagents and matched up one that fit and its great
