I'm looking to get the new Favorite, but the strap is not long enough for a true crossbody (what's with all these short straps!!).

If my SA could order me a replacement strap from another bag, which do you think would be best?

Thanks for your help!

I’m not sure how you feel about MPA adjustable nylon strap, it’s very comfortable but many people prefer leather strap. I check it says it is 56cm strap drop on max setting.

If you prefer leather strap, how about Noe Noe MM’s strap? It is adjustable on 3 settings only, but the strap is very comfortable too. Doesn’t dig in the shoulders and on the max setting is also 56 cm strap drop on the website. The plus about the Noe Noe MM strap is it’s thin strap like favorite but not so thin like Alma BB kind where it really digs into the shoulder and cause aches. The boulogne also has this type of strap but I check it was shorter by a few cm than Noe Noe MM. not sure how tall are you, but since you find favourite strap being too short, I figure you should be on the taller end… so better to go with Noe Noe MM rather than boulogne. I think the Empreinte MPA also uses this 3 setting adjustable strap. So you could actually go to the store to “borrow” those straps and try it on the favourite.

The straps are meant to be a shorter length. It’s only in America that we are accustomed to wearing our crossbody bags so low. Europe and Asia they wear them higher at the appropriate length.
I never thought about that. The LV associate told me that it's actually a good thing when they're shorter, since it can eliminate color transfer.
