here is chuy's recipt for their creamy jalapeno sauce.

so delish and SO easy!

i miss so much about texas, but ESPECIALLY the food, so i was thrilled to try this!

3 cups ranch dressing (I use Hidden Valley) 1/4 cup green chilies, roasted,peeled and seeded (canned ok) 1/4 cup pickled jalapeno peppers, sliced (from a jar) 1 1/2 tablespoons lime juice, fresh 3 tablespoons cilantro leaves, fresh,chopped 1 tomato, diced,and seeded (preferrably Roma)

Great! Thanks for the tip. I used to live in Houston and then Eagle Pass, have relocated to Mexico a while ago.

i'm in canada, and i can't even find tostadas to make them at home.

OR corn tortillas, until this past weekend where i finally tracked them down at a vegan grocery store. it's been brutal!
