Calling all Dior Saddle Bag Owners - Hardware Discolouration

What type of damage is it? Are you seeing the black marks that are shown at the start of this thread? My friend got them on hers, and I was able to clean them off for her with a bit of water and tissue (with some rubbing)! We were both surprised!

Hi! No, it’s not a mark like that, it’s really a “cut”, a notch. It’s not very visible, but never the less. If the replacement doesn’t cost me too much, I’m willing to let them change that!

Can you please post pictures? I want to see if it is something that can be easily repaired by you, or by Dior.

I'm having issues with the hardware on my Saddle bag as well. I have contacted Dior and awaiting their assessment of the photos and response. Will report back when I hear from them.
