Hi ladies. I am looking to get a Mulberry Roxanne very soon, and want some feedback from some other chloe and mulb roxanne owners.

How does the Roxanne compare in weight to the other chloes... Would like to know it's Chloe equivalent... I know the leather is quite thick, am hoping it will be less cumbersome to carry than a paddington...

What do you thinks is Mulberry Roxy's Chloe equivalent...

Thanks so much ;)

I had a Mulberry roxie but sold it. Its about as heavy as a paddington and not as easy to carry. The paddington is squishy and the mulberry is more structured because of the thicker leather.

Yep, I had a Roxanne too but found it too ackward to carry :push:

Beautiful looking bag though and if you can make it work for you (like many girls seem to) then it's certainly a classic and the quaility and workmanship is fantasic from what I recall

Disagree - I like the Roxanne. No heavier than a standard Paddy, lighter than the bigger ones, and has good exterior pockets. Much easier to carry if you give it a big of time for the leather to break in and sag. Great leather that improves with age.

I have 3 roxannes. 1 canvas and 2 darwin. I like them all. They are not overly heavy at all. They are more structured than the chloe paddys but that is their charm too. Only thing i would say is that they perhaps are more difficult to use as a shoulder bag due to their being more structured. However all in all I love the mulberry roxanne . Jenova is also right - as they become older the leather breaks in fabulously!

 Rascalcat - are you still in love with your Bays?

I love my Roxanne - its not the lightest bag - but its a great bag - the leather is super thick and as you use them they become a lot softer - and they take a lot of beating up! Fits the shoulder - though its not the most comfortable I'd have to say - but doesn't bother me - and it holds a ton - which is important:graucho: I'd have another - mine is Chocolate and I wanted an Oak - but it was out of stock at the time - but I love the Oak:yes:

I have a really big crush on the oak mulberry roxanne too,
I've seen a few on ebay lately but they all seemed to have massive ink stains on them which is a shame.

Well that was a bad idea Lescoy. Saw an ostrich hotpink Bayswater style. And me ! sworn i'd never like a hotpink bag.

The Roxanne is amazing, very biker looking.
