I know alot of you are interested in this bag and I wasn't sure if this information was circulating around here yet. They said that the patent will be available at the end of March and is $498, style number #12520, will come in pink, navy and tan. I also asked about a leather one and that's out at the same time, item number #12248, same price and it comes in natural, white and black. She said those were the only colors she saw at this time. This is the only bag I am looking forward to, so i'm getting very impatient! Hope this helps for some people!!

Maja that is strange becauase I called CS about this exact same bag today! I only asked about the leather version 12520 because I thought if it was available I'd get it w/ PCE. The CS Rep I spoke with told me it won't be ready to order until May!! The price and colors she gave me were the same that you were told. I hope she was wrong and what you were told was correct!
Do you think we could order this w/ PCE even though it won't be available until end of the month?

I just called CS again. The leather version 12248 is $458, the patent version 12520 is $498 and they are available mid March! SO perhaps we'll get lucky and be able to use PCE if that is the case! I'm totally getting the leather version!

I went to Coach yesterday and the SA that I was speaking to didn't have a clue of what I was talking about. She said it would probably be at the larger boutiques. But wouldn't the Pleated Patent Ergo Sathel be at all or most of the stores? She said that I knew my stuff about Coach more than she did!
If they don't have it in stock at your store, you take the item number in and they can order it for you.
It's so funny how we all get different information when we call. How annoying! I hope mid-March is correct. I want the regular leather version as well, i'm thinking black. I don't think I could pull off a pink patent bag, plus I just bought Francine and I can't see myself owning 2 patent bags! But I hope it comes sooner than we think!
I'm going to get natural as well. I don't need another black satchel and I'm really hoping the natural is the same color as some of the legacy bags that they made last year (legacy slim tote, ali etc)...
