Use whatever is the lightest to carry and the easiest to use. I find that hands and shoulder free in Vegas works best. I use a swing pack, which isn't an option...but I can tell you, I actually bought on my trip in 08 because lugging around a purse was just to much work.

When I walk the Vegas strip, I use my swingpack. I agree with Italiahaircolor.
Just bring whichever bag that handles the easiest and gives you the least trouble.

I would go with the Glam as well, but like others have said, would a crossbody option be available to you? Shoulder bags and totes tend to slip off my shoulder so I will only take a crossbody bag someplace where I need to maneuver around a lot or keep my hands free. My crossbody bag did me wonders in Vegas. It doesn't sound like you're staying long, but I would recommend something crossbody if possible.
