Hi guys!

I need your help. I’ve been looking for a c18 in gold phw since forever. And i have finally found one from a reseller with good quality. Its a c18 gold phw in evercolor, but then she also offered me a c18 sesame phw in epsom and she think the lighter brown color looks nice in a constance. I dont know which one to get! Thoughts?

Btw, a little background. This would be my first constance and i’m not really looking to be a collector. Still thinking one would be enough for me (for now at least :p) so i would really want to go with something classic and wouldnt want to regret it later on.

Any input would be very helpful!

Personally I think both colors can be classic. What are you planning to wear the bag with? Does one match your wardrobe better than the other?

If you've been looking for gold with phw and your first love is gold, I'd say stick with that if it's the one that works best for you. The seller's opinion should matter less than your own. The main thing is-- do you like this one better?

I love the sesame and I love epsom in a constance. That said, gold is a classic and if it's going to be the only one then maybe that should be it. Although my personal preference would not be to have contrast stitching on a constance so I would shy away from the gold in this bag.
Also, as TT stated, Constances are pretty readily available in boutiques.

+1 consider the different leather types besides just the color

And for what it’s worth I find Gold a much more classic color (but I’m pretty biased because I love this color ;) ). But always go for whichever one *you* like more!

Gold evercolor for sure. I do think sesame can be a great neutral but it just isn’t going to be as easy to use as gold for most people. And since you’re not looking to have a big collection, AND were looking for gold to begin with, I’d go with that. Way too high a chance of regretting sesame unless you’d seen it and truly fallen in love (which it doesn’t sound like you have).

note: for sure a reseller will try to sell the most difficult-to-sell pieces (comparatively), it’sjust good business. Since she already had the gold sale with you, and knew you wouldn’t buy two, can’t think of a very selfless/good reason to try and tempt you with sesame... maybe I’m too cynical.
