My SA told me she can’t pre-order the item I want from the By the Pool collection until Tuesday. She said that’s when the order broker will be open to all stores. I follow a different SA from that store on instagram and she posted she can pre-order certain items (not the one I want). Does anyone know why stores can’t pre-order all items but I can easily pre-order the items myself on the website?

I was told the same except, I have to wait until Monday, June 3. I could’ve ordered myself on the website and now they are showing as unavailable. This really stinks bc I doubt I will get the items I wanted.
After she told me that, I ended up ordering myself on the website because I was afraid the pieces I wanted wouldn’t be available. I just checked several of the pieces I thought would fly and they are all still available on the site. Which items show as unavailable?
I’ve been an LV customer for a long time and these new games have turned me off of them so much. I love my SA but if I see something I want and it’s available online, I buy it. Tired of missing out because I’m trying to support my SA.
Mine told me to get what I want if it’s available online. I love to support her but sometimes you gotta do what you gotta do.
