Actually, there's a cute flower design that you don't see in the photos. I went to the Bulgari boutique in Manhattan on another errand today and got a good look at it. The script used for the name is how it looked 160 years ago. I found it cute.
 
I think the ring is totally shameless. A simple ring with a logo branded on it? Not my idea of chic. I'd just donate my money to the charity directly.
 
Considering how much or rather, how little, the ring would cost Bulgari to produce, even if they donated $60 from the price of $290, I wouldn't be surprised if Bulgari still made a handsome profit. So who's the one really donating to charity?
