Hi! Ive recently purchased a WG bvlgari bzero necklace but through a second hand market. I noticed that even with the weight of the gold, RG or YG are more expensive than WG. I found it weird because in non brand jewelry in japan, WG is usually more expensive so how come its not the same with bvlgari? Love the necklace but its hard to open and close the lock. Thanks

This question made me want to go and check the bulgari website! In reality, the WG is priced higher than the RG and YG on the website, which is typical since many jewelers plate WG in rhodium. You might be seeing it as more expensive on the resale market… I’m not too sure as I’m not super familiar with bulgari pieces and resale values. However, my guess would be that the demand for those pieces in RG or YG might just be higher than that for the WG. That would definitely reflect on pricing in the resale market.

youre right! Wg is more expensive than yg and rg in their website. Thats weird. Japanese resellers for 2nd hand luxury items priced their wg cheaper than rg or yg. Example, a wg bzero necklace was 65 to 75k while a rg one was 108k pesos or more. And they are in the same weight
