Out of topic but i just got these gifts from my SA for Christmas. Hot coco powder and a jewelry box 
My local Bulgari SA knew that I wanted but kept forgetting to ask the Bulgari Hotel Paris for one of the hotel umbrellas with inside pattern.
So my SA arranged to hand deliver one to me at home. With a note from Bulgari hotel Paris It means a lot that she remembered based on a conversation some months ago. It’s also not easy to gift wrap a full sized umbrella lol
