Buying Preloved/Preowned Bulgari

Does anyone have experience getting a preloved Bulgari item polished/repaired by the store? I got a Diva’s Dream necklace from Fashionphile and am wondering if I can bring it to the store to get it polished or repaired in the future. And do you think I can also ask them to extend the chain? I’m willing to pay the cost just wondering if they accept requests even if the item was not originally purchased by me.

I think they do. Cartier and Tiffany do. Worth to bring it in and ask!

I have bought a preloved piece and had it serviced through Bvlgari. They sent it to a local jeweler they work with, as sending it to the HQ in Italy and back incl. repairs would have taken 2-3 months. But that would have been an option as well.

I brought in a corded necklace I purchased on RealReal to my local Bulgari boutique. They polished it and replaced the cord. I told them it was pre-loved and they didn't bat an eye. I was given an estimate of three to four weeks for repair but it took about six weeks.

Certificates can be faked too even the box. But I noticed that preloved bvgari has higher pricing compared to those that doesnt. If you see a fake bvlgari and a real one side by side, youd know if its fake. You can see the quality. But fakes does use real gold and diamonds. Its , i think, the engraving that makes a difference. Fakes does not care about it as long as the word bvgari is stamped on it.

Agreed...I've noticed that ones with the certificates are a higher price. I'm waiting on a Bvlgari B.zero1 necklace I bought preloved with the certificate. It comes tomorrow. It was priced higher than the ones without the certificate. I've never seen one in person and don't live close to a Bvlgari boutique or Saks, etc. so don't have access. It was about 42-43% off retail. Hopefully I'll like it in person, if not it will go back.

I saw a fake bracelet in white gold and personally couldn’t understand it was fake even though I compared it to my real bracelet. Engravings were the same and it felt the same. Only my jeweler could identify it as a fake. the diamonds were not high quality and something inside the bracelet that makes it flexible was also questionable.
My jeweler is not an authenticator but he could compare it to my bracelet.
Beware fakes are very good, I’m scared of buying anything preowned. It’s always better to buy at a boutique.

Received the preloved Bvlgari B.zero1 pendant necklace in rose gold. Came with box, case and certificate. Necklace was bought at Saks in January 2018, so paper certificate. Necklace is in excellent condition and is a beautiful rose gold. My issue is I have 3 similar necklaces in non branded jewelry. The 3 non branded necklaces are just alike in 14kt white, yellow and rose gold. The pendent is somewhat similar to the b.zero1 open legends. When I tried both necklaces....the b.zero1 that I received and the non branded I already own, they were very similar, so I'm torn. I also noticed that, while the rose gold is beautiful, I almost prefer yellow gold in a necklace. I felt that the rose gold didn't pop like the yellow gold did on me. I did get a really good price for the b.zero1 that I received, especially since it came with everything. However, since there's an impending price increase looming on 10/1 for Bvlgari worldwide, I'm seriously considering the b.zero1 mini pendant necklace in the yellow gold. I thought of just ordering it from the Bvlgari website with express order to compare the two necklaces in size and gold on me. Any thoughts about the mini b.zero1 necklace? Anyone own this in the mini and show pics? Thanks for everyone's help with this.
