Buying in Germany

Wondering if anyone can help here...
I am hoping to get to Germany for a short trip.. if not me , at least
a friend of mine will definitely be going...

How are the prices for LV in Germany ?? Good idea to buy from there ??
better than in the US... ??

yeah, it's cheaper. not much, but you might be able to save $100.
