Buying Gucci at CDG or in the city?

Hi everyone! I’m in Paris and I’m looking to buy a Gucci (or a louis) and am wondering if it’s cheaper to buy it at the airport or in the city? I leave on the 26th out of the terminal w the luxury stores! I also am a non EU resident. Also if you could leave any personal experiences and your fav hand bag I’d really appreciate it!!

Pull out a bunch of cash or pay on card? I’m thinking cash bc I have a debit card and get charged everytime I use it!

Selection is larger in the city versus CDG stores. If you buy in the city just make sure to take your passport with you so they can process the form. When you get to CDG just go to the Detaxe and scan your form. It's easy.

If you shop at CDG, the tax is already deducted (believe it is now 12%) if you are leaving the EU.

Make sure you can actually access stores at CDG - the terminals are designed in such a way that it is not easy to move among different terminals and CDG does not have a shopping service to escort you between terminals.
