Buying from Realdealcollections?

I'm considering purchasing my first Chanel and unfortunately it will have to be preloved. Does anyone have experience purchasing from Realdealcollections.com? Are theya trusted site? I have a purse in mind on their site should I get it authenticated first?

It's a wise idea to have any online purchase authenticated before buying. I do not personally have experience with that site.

I have purchased a balenciaga from them couple years ago, I believe they are more "specialized" with balenciagas but I see they've branched out to other brands as well. I've had no problems with my purchase with them and per usual, had the bag authenticated prior and after purchase.
