Buying from ebay/reseller without sleeper or box

Has anyone had any luck getting an H store to give/sell you a sleeper bag and box for a bag purchased from a reseller without one?

They won't do that. However, if the bag is sent for spa, it may come back with a new sleeper. No box, though.
