As long as you can return bags , you can risk getting a 'used bag'.
My take is , I buy from elux b/c I like to save tax and shipping(when its offered) and the nearst store is 200 miles away..
I have gotten several LV'S FROM ELUX AND ALWAYS HAVE THEY BEEN NEW AND OR IN PRISTINE CONDITION.
ALL THE HANDLES HAVE BEEN WRAPPED IN PLASTIC AND PACKAGED BEAUTIFULLY.
I would love to shop a LV STORE, BUT THIS WORKS-OR ELSE i'D HAVE TO WAIT TO GET ONE!

Everything I have gotten from eLuxury has also been new and authentic. eLuxury is owned by the LVMH Group, so I highly doubt that something not authentic would pass through when returned.
