Buying Ace Sneakers in Italy

Thinking of buying a pair of the Gucci Ace Floral embroidered sneaker when I'm in Italy in May. The Italian Gucci website has them in stock. Does anyone know how the stock is there in the stores?

I was there a few months ago and the store in Rome had everything. While I did not inquire about sizing but if the Gucci website says they have them they probably do. Italy is amazing, have a wonderful time!
