I am eager to start shopping for a Rolex, and I think I would like to thoroughly educate myself and am considering buying a second hand one.

Does anyone have any online references for newbies buying a preowned rolex? I am considering liscenced watch dealers as well as possibly ebay.

ebay is very unsafe nowsdays.u have ot be educated and knwo the rules as a buyer.. :tup:

i myself WOULD never buy anything over $800 from ebay as u never knwo if u r getting same thing form auction...i prefer in person transaction for big items..:tup:

Check out timezone.com, they have a lot of references that could help you. They also have a marketplace forum so you get an idea of how much the models you are interested in go for, although most of the watches being sold there are men's. Also try the jewelry stores in your area, our jeweler has pre owned Rolex sales twice a year and I know Ben Bridge has these as at least once a year as well. You could get a good deal then! :yes:
