Buying a Pre-Owned Chanel: Can I Count on Restoration?

Hi everyone! I need some advice. I'm planning to buy a pre-owned Chanel Classic Flap bag from 2019. The bag comes as a full set and includes the receipt. There are small scuffs on the corners. Will I be able to take the bag to an official boutique for restoration?

Not sure these days. Seems like this is in good condition such that the boutique may deem restoration unnecessary.
(I haven’t taken a Chanel bag in for repair in years, so am not sure of current process). But there are also a number of reputable third party restorers.

Be sure to authenticate; pay via protected method (not wire transfer) to a reputable reseller.

Chanel doesn’t have any problems taking in REV bags in my experience. Really took a bag purchased secondhand dated 2015 that had no issues being accepted by the boutique for a quick freshening up. Also, the bag looks quite good and those marks could probably be rubbed away

Thank you for your reply! Did you have the original receipt when you brought your 2015 bag to the boutique? I'm just wondering if they require it for the service.
