Buying a bag from yoox

I've ordered a few bags from Yoox. I've always gotten the dust bag, but have gotten the box only once. As far as authenticity, Yoox is a reputable company and I wouldn't have concerns about authenticity, even if no box was included.

I've gotten a few bags from YOOX. Really happy with their service, and the items I've bought. They are authentic - just a couple (or more) seasons old. I've always gotten the dust bag. I don't get the box from the department stores, so it doesn't bother me not to get it from YOOX.

I bought a BV Knot Clutch from them this summer. Got the dustbag and tags, no box. I think I ordered Tod's shoes some years ago, they came with a box. I'd say it depends on whether they get the merch with a box or not.

Sometimes you get a box, sometimes you don't. For bags, I've never gotten a box, but I usually do get a dustbag. Yoox sells offseason stuff from netaporter that didn't sell when it was in fashion. In some cases I have found some great deals on classic styles that were moved to Yoox even though they're still relevant.

A few times I've ordered a current style of shoe or boot that was moved to Yoox and when it comes it usually is in a really scuffed up box, which makes me think it was moved to the discount site because the box was at the bottom of the stack in the warehouse or something.

Sometimes during their crazy 90% off sales, an item will be removed from my cart between checkout and payment, with an error saying that it's out of stock. Then when I check the site, it's still listed as in stock. When that happens, I've found that the order will go through if I completely pay off my credit card balance and try the order again. It's a bit weird, I'm not sure why that happens. I never keep much of a balance on my credit card in the first place, so it's not like I'm anywhere near my credit limit.
