Buyer used BIN and now wants a lower price!

Wow! I haven't bought from ebay for a few months, but if you press the "BIN" button, doesn't it have another screen that comes up and says something like, "Are you sure you want to purchase this item? Pressing 'yes' means that you are entering into a contract to purchase this item at this price."
It's like they're giving you a chance to have your second thoughts right there. To think that she pressed 'yes' and THEN tried to negotiate again...what an idiot!
You could send her a quick email saying, "no, the price is firm and please pay by the date listed." If she then gives you the run-around, block her and file an NPB.
