Buyer Leaves Negative Feedback after Full Refund. WTF?

I know it is hard to take a negative and I feel for you but don't take it personally.

If Walmart/Sears/Macy's had feedback, what would theirs look like??? LOL
 
You refunded the shipping price too? That was really nice of you because NOBODY does that, not even a lot of huge websites do! can't believe she left you a negative!
Definitely write to her but be kind, read over it a few times and let it sit-- touchy subject!
 
I would reply in a nice manner to the feedback "tried to work it out- refunded fully including shipping, sorry it didn't work out."
I think with your 400 positives and her 9 fb, you come off looking like the professional ebay-er and the newbie looks more troublesome.
People who have been on the *bay for years, like me, can read between the lines and I think we're the buyers you'd rather attract anyway.
