Butternut squash recipes?

  1. I have half of a butternut squash in my fridge left over from a soup I made. Anyone got good recipes?
  2. baked butternut squash:

    bake in 350 degrees, about 40 minutes, mash with a little butter and brown sugar...that's it...yum :smile:
  3. mash with the skin on it?
  4. I would scrape it out of the skin, then mash it up--seriously, this is so good, you are gonna die when you eat it.

  6. i agree with what the others have said. boil it with the skin on, scrape the insides out and mash with butter. it really doesn't take much to make butternut squash taste good :smile:
