Yes, this bag is definitely Burberry. They had several bags with this style on sale for a while but it looks like they've been cleared off their website.

Yes, the studs are the same color as the patent leather. I think it came in black and like a bordeaux color. Not sure what other colors it came in. I saw the bordeaux one on sale at Burberry on 57th street several weeks ago.
