Burberry Bag "bubbles"

My daughter has a one year old Burberry bag that has got two or three "bubbles" that have developed in the vinyl of her handbag. Two are one side and one on the other. Have you heard of this?

Yes, on the newer PVC ones. It tends to be a habit of those ones for some reason.

Actually, it was just that line of purses that had that problem. It seems their quality is going up. The Manor, Knightsman, Warrior, etc. bags came out after these ones and the prices are definitely reflecting the better quality.

yea it happened to me 2 mos after using my nova check tote..i got a refund tho....so its more likely for the nova check ones accordin to the manager =)

^^^ oh wow, that's great customer service! I can think of companies that would simply say it adds to the "uniqueness" of the bag and leave it that way Yay for Burberry!!!

Do you have any pictures of the bubbles? I have a Nova check tote with white handles and might have the same problem.
