Bummer! Lining on my DZT tearing at the bottom

It's sewn to the base of the bag, and I just noticed tonight that it's torn up. The leather looks fine, but that's lame. I guess I can have them fix my zippers and my lining at the same time.

I've had it for like 14 months total. That's not comforting!

Awww, sorry to hear it, what the heck is going on with this bag? The longest I've had an LP has been a little over 18 months and though it's been heavily used it has worn fine. Though, it's not sewn into the base of the bag, I can pull it out and it's attached at the top.

I hope they can get it fixed up for you.

I would REALLY LOVE IT if someone from LP would reply to my emails about how to get it fixed. I messaged them on Facebook and was told to email them. And that's the only reply I ever got was through Facebook. This was over a week ago now.

I had a zipper pull on my bag fall off and I've used it only 3-4 times! Their CS is terrible. They told me they would not fix my bag since I did not buy it from their website!
