Bumbag cracking

I need advice.. I bought this bumbag new from the store in March 2022, I barely use it and when I got it out this week, I realized it had cracked!
What can I do? Can they repair it?

They cannot repair canvas. Have you contacted the store? They may offer you a credit or replacement…

I would go to the store. Seems easier than on the phone. This makes me nervous as I have the mono and MC..

Update.. I went to the store today, they offered me a new bag or to switch. I decided to get the new black high rise empreinte leather . It’s smaller and chic
I couldn’t decide between this one and the ivy in black ..

It’s not made the same way. I don’t think it will, fingers crossed ..
