Has anyone experienced a delay in being refunded the purchase price after shipping a return back to a store? I made a purchase over the phone from my nearest store through my SA on October 23. I wasn't crazy about the item and sent it back using the label my SA provided. It was received back at the store on November 8, and my SA also confirmed receipt. More than 2 weeks has passed, and I still haven't been refunded the purchase to my credit card. My SA has elevated it to the store manager, and the store manager is now in communications with corporate. Is this common with Bulgari returned by mail back to the store? Thanks for any information!
