I like that you have adventurous stuff. I have running with the bulls (watching) and the tomato throw in Spain (can't remember the name off hand) but I also have sentimental stuff. -

- watch my son graduate from high school and college
- watch him receive his Aggie ring. (Tradition for our school
- have a 50th wedding anniversary
- renew my vows in a high end designer dress on a beautiful location (beach or super old church, maybe a historical site)

I'm in my second half of life so I've already done more than I expected:

2 beautiful grandchildren
had the privilege of helping both parents at the end of their lives
earned Master's degree
traveled a lot in the US and internationally:
the highlights include a polar bear safari in Churchill, Canada
walked the Great Wall of China
toured the Alhambra in Spain
climbed the leaning tower of Pisa, saw the Blue Grotto in Capri, Rome's Colliseum, the Vatican, Pompeii, and other awesome sights in Italy

As for things I still hope to do, it includes:

take a multi-generational trip with our son's family to somewhere really great
seeing my grandchildren reach adulthood
visit Australia
re-visit Scotland, England, and Italy
downsize the extra stuff we have stored and no longer use or need
