I recently ordered the Chloe studded slouch boots (half price) on the Browns website. I waited, but nothing. I e-mailed three times and phoned and left two messages but could never speak to anyone. After three weeks someone called and left a message saying they had sold out. I have checked the website and they are still showing as available! I have decided to never use them again as I was so excited about getting them, and then so cross at being let down. I wanted to know if anyone else has experienced this type of customer service (it has happened to me twice from Browns) because when I use NAP/matches etc. they are perfect.
