Brow powder as eyeshadow

Hi, I got the 'Urban Decay Brow Box' and 'Too faced Brow Envy' kits. I don't use brow powder so I was wondering if it is safe to use them as an eyeshadow instead. Is it safe for the eyes? Whats the difference between a brow powder and eyeshadow?

Ive never used brow powder as eyeshadow although they should work the same. Here's an article from Nouveau Cheap about it.

I think they are the same. I purchased a brow brush from Bobby Brown and they had me go to the eye shadow section for the powder.

Take a soft brow brush to use it is safe one.

I everyday use the shadow from my Benefit Browzings box as my contour eyeshadow, and I'm not blind yet... I say go for it!
