I have fallen in love with the LD Tuttle Shaper boot but am wondering if I should invest that much on a pair of boots that I may not wear too often, so in my search for a comparible pair I found these by Bronx:

Does anyone have this brand and can comment on the quality/fit? Or better yet can anyone recommend any other pairs that are similar to the Shaper ;) Looking for a tall shaft, at least 24" preferably, flat heel and straight across the top (no pirate type flappy cuff at the top). TIA!!!

Hi Cbrooke!:flowers:
I have a pair of Bronx OTK's Called "Zen and Now" they are lace~up with a Partial Zipper and they run True to size! I wear a (size 11 or a 41) Here is a link to them:

Also I Posted some Modeling Pictures of them here in Post #22:

Now as far as What I Think?

I L:love:VE-EM!
Bronx is another company that I think people would be very pleased with in their shoes and boots!
I was very skeptical when I order the "Zen's" but I just L:love:VED the way they look and the fact they didn't have "hooker stiletto heels" like so many of the lace up OTK boots have on them!:P
When I got them I was amazed how Comfy they were to walk in and to just wear.
The leather is very good quality and the Brazilian craftsmanship is superb on these very easily these boots could have sold for $500!:graucho:
I Hope this helps decide but I would totally recommend them as I feel they are as good of Quality as most of my Frye's!;)

I own a pair of bronx heeled ankleboots with fur lining, and they're super comfortable! Although the heel is on the tall side for me, I can stand in them for hours without pain.

I got the black...couldn't find the vapour color (all sold out at shirise). They were on sale for $410 and I figured what the heck I have spent more on a purse right ;) I am in Canada so it will be quite awhile before they arrive and I can post pics, really hope that I love em!

I have a pair of sky-high ankle boots from Bronx and I've had them for over 2 years and worn them veryvery much and they're still in GREAT condition. So yes, imo they're very good quality compared to the price!
