I have a Silk-in Wallet that I have used and abused for many years. The zipper is now broken but the silk lining and epsom leather are still perfectly fine. The zipper gets stuck and I can no longer close the wallet so I’m currently using it unzipped. I am not sure whether it’s even worth it to get it fixed or just replace it. What have you done with your H wallets or other small leather goods when they cease to be functional? I have only sent bags to H for repairs. Would H fix small leather goods and is it even worth the price to get it fixed?

I think the best thing to do is ask the boutique if they can fix it and for what price. When it comes to repairs, I believe the quotes/prices are case-by-case depending on the damage..
Maybe try giving them a call first and send them a picture for reference?

I read somewhere (not sure of accuracy) that while the bags usually go to Paris for repair, some of the smaller items are repaired locally, with shorter turnaround time and I'm assuming quotes are provided quickly. Agree with the previous post, it doesn't hurt to check with the boutique first before exploring other options.

Is the zipper just stuck or do you see where it is broken? If there is no break, you may want to take a bar of soap and run it across both sections of the zipper. Don’t have a bar of soap, you can use any oil such as olive, coconut just be careful not to douse oil so that it gets any place other than the zipper. if the zipper is broken, off to replace is the remed. I just want to confirm that H does fix SLGs! Not sure how much it will be for you though - agreed that it doesn’t hurt to ask and see if you can get an estimate on time/price to decide if it’s worth it to you.

One other late opinion here... I had a broken metal zipper on a vintage Kelly, it had come apart at the end. I took it to a shoe cobbler and he fixed it for $5. May have been different problems but he said metal zippers are often repairable.
