Broken Roberto Coin Tennis Bracelet

Hi all,

A few month ago I received a 5ct Roberto coin tennis bracelet as a gift and was super excited about it! I took it off one night and noticed that the diamond attached to the insert class fell off. THANKFULLY this happened at home and nothing was lost, but was upset at the fact that this happened after only 4 months and I never wear any jewelry to shower, workout or sleep. Has anyone had a similar experience with this brand or is it just bad luck?

That's terrible! I don't have any experience with RC diamond pieces but I do have a necklace and bracelet (link chains) that I have been wearing daily since May and so far so good. They are my first RC pieces so I'm hoping they stand the test of time.
Can you take it to the place it was purchased and have them repair? It should be a free repair as its only a few months old.
