I have the black Soho chain bag (link below). I have just come home and found that the tassel has somehow come off. It looks like maybe the zip opened just wide enough for the ring to slip off perhaps? Is there any way of getting a replacement part? Do Gucci offer a repairs service? I have never had a problem like this with any of their bags. Id be so grateful for any advice, I am absolutely devastated :sad::sad::sad: I am based in the UK and the bag was bought in the UK if that makes a difference.

Take it back to Gucci Customer Services they ca do it for you in a minute if they have the parts or will send it to Italy, prob won't cost much even if it's out of guarantee.

They're over the road from the Bond St. store in Stafford St, behind the YSL store. Good luck, and tell us how it goes.
