I showed my bag to a SA at my local Gucci store (Stockholm), and he said that he could send it in for repair, which can take up to 4-6 months. I decided to bring it in the next time I am in Stockholm, as I don't want it to get worse, but I forgot to ask if they will charge me anything for it.
Does anyone on here know if they normally do that?
And also, does anyone else have this kind of issue with their Gucci bags/WOCs? The glacing is broken on both sides, seemingly from the chain rubbing against it when worn. On one side the glacing "hangs loose" and on the other side part of it has peeled off completely.
