Brilliant red patent zip wallet - a small quandry..

Hi All,

Just got a zip around red patent long wallet from the brilliant collection. The patent red is a delicious shade and I love the brilliant collection. However, I am debating whether or not to exchange it for a brilliant patent red WOC. The only thing with the WOC in this color is that it might be too bright, shiny, and bold for my comfort. A wallet, I see periodically when I take it out of my bag, but the WOC will constantly be in plain sight. I did think of the black patent brilliant WOC and that is a small possibility but I adore this red. Price point wise, they are rather comparable so I'm contemplating switching the wallet for a WOC since it has a strap and feels like a more suitable small bag rather than just a wallet. What do you gals think? Should I keep the long wallet or get it in a WOC? Necessity isn't quite a factor for these SLGs..though I would still like to be practical in my decision. Thanks!

I would exchange it for a WOC as the wallet which is kept in your bag might inevitably come into contact with glossy stuff like tissue wrappers, baby wipes wrappers. small brochures etc. If colour transfer happens, it is not reversible.

I love my 14c brilliant WOC, have used her several times & received lots of compliments

Peonies813 - as the woc is useable as a wallet as well you can decide whether the occasion feels right for the lovely pop of colour, or keep it in a bag othertimes. Have they started using detachable straps for the Chanel Woc at all? I noticed a few of the other brands have detahable straps for the woc which seems very practical....
