Brief style change

When did Balenciaga change the style on the Brief? Mine is I think an 07 and has the long zipper track that extends out past the top of the bag (like the City) but then I've seen some that have an opening like the Twiggy - flat top with a zipper in it.

Maybe you have RTT? It looks like slightly bigger Brief and have this city style closing.

What's RTT? I ordered it from Nordstrom and I definitely ordered the brief.

RTT looks square, and mine is definitely not. It has the same shape as the later briefs but is just different from above

Now I'm wondering if they sold me a step and told me it was a brief...
